So Far so good…

I’m really enjoying my time with my personal trainer.. he’s so tough though. I’m happy to know that so far my form is pretty good and only needs a few improvements. Apparently though, my butt muscles are underdeveloped… that’s kind of weird to say but because of that we’re doing a lot of exercises that focus on that. We’re doing a lot of weight training too which is kind of neat since Its not cardio based like I’m used to. I may not be sweating as much but I definitely think my muscles are feeling it a lot more. Also I know this post is kind of late for me but I’m working a graveyard shift at my work so its sort of mandatory for me to try and adjust my self.

okay so this is me after 30 minutes on the tread mill on the ‘random’ setting where the incline kept changing the highest was 5% and my speed throughout it was 4.0… I was sooo pooped but I’m so happy I did it! Yay me!

some progress shots! I promised myself I’d do one once a month.. and while its not the biggest change its got a bit.. not so much over flow on my stomach.. yay!

all the stuff I ate yesterday.. I forgot to post them yesterday so here they are before I go to work :)

Stuff I ate today.. the glass/container there is about 18 oz just so you guys know… I had a strawberry smoothie too but no protein :) and the sushi I only ate half since I shared it with one of my coworkers! it was yummy!

Finished a strawberry banana protien drink! :) off to the gym now to work my fat off~

Despite all the bad things I’ve eaten this week my weight has gone down to 163lbs exactly! I’m very happy about this :)

stuff I ate yesterday and today.. I forgot to take a picture lat night of what I ate but it was rice cooked in chicken stock with green beans, beats, and salmon… and breakfast today was a banana… I also had a snack of a little glade container of almonds yesterday and today a bit of triscits or whatever with some cheese… yeaaah…

Zumba!

I tried a zumba class for the first time.. while I liked it it was very crowded at my gym and hard to move around.. I didnt sweat as much as I would have liked but I did have fun.. :3 and in other news my manager/co-worker wants to join my gym and work out with me which is awesome cause we get along! I hope she can make it.. it will be fuuunn
