Fitblrs can I ask for your help?
I can’t decide whether or not to do my 30 day shred first, or my Yoga meltdown.. I’m doing both and I just cant decide which do to first today… and my boyfriend isnt helping me make a decision

Another day bites the dust. I feel super proud of my self today. I worked out this morning before work and managed to so the cardio with weights! I was having trouble with it because the lightest weights are 5lb each. I’m also proud because I felt like exercising when I came home from work today. So I did my yoga meltdown (can’t you tell I love Jillian?) and I used to have trouble with level 1 and now it’s easy! So I think I will be adding yoga to my 30 shred from now on!
and now I feel really good. Thanks for all the help guys it really did help :)
I want to do some yoga but I don’t know enough positions to just do a workout… help would be much love~
